I am so excited to help you with your wedding cake! I appreciate how special weddings are and that’s why I put the utmost care into creating your cake.
Every wedding cake I create is unique, using the finest quality of ingredients.
I love to offer different, interesting flavours that are delicious, as I believe a cake should taste just as good as it looks.
My cakes are iced and decorated using flavourful buttercreams, fresh flowers, foliage, freeze dried berries, homemade coulis, nuts, caramels, and curds to make each cake look natural, unique and beautiful. This is a style I am passionate about therefore I don’t use fondant.
You can choose to have your cake iced full coverage, scraped back or just between the layers. A popular option for weddings is to have vanilla cream cheese icing as the main icing on the outside of the cake, with flavoured icings to suit your cake on the inside between the layers.
Please let me know if there are any dietary requirements or allergies. The majority of my cakes include ground almonds. All flavours can be made gluten free on request (excludes Ginger Kiss & Party cake), however they would not be suitable for coeliac.

Let’s talk about what your cake is for, i.e. Is it the main dessert?
Or to be served alongside another dessert option? Or to be served later with tea and coffee?
All cake sizes can be supplemented with service cakes, mini cakes or bite sized cakes to feed any number of guests. All serving sizes are based off dessert sized portions, which can be roughly doubled to get you coffee sized portions. This is a great option if you know you’re going to be serving the cake in the evening or have other dessert options.
I decorate my cakes with seasonal fresh flowers. If you have special flowers or colours in mind, let me know and I might be able to source them if they are in season. I try my absolute best to source your preferred flowers, however please note, this isn’t always possible and depends on season and availability. Take a look at some cakes I have created and let me know your favourites - this will give me a good starting point on how you would like your cake to be styled. It is ideal to book in your wedding cake as far in advance as possible. However, always contact me as I may be able to do something on short notice.
Cake Tasting Boxes
I often bake mixed flavored boxes of my bite sized cakes, this is a great chance for you to try some flavours if you desire. Contact me here if you're interested, or keep an eye on my socials (Instagram & Facebook) for when these are next available. These must be picked up from me in Thames.
Collecting your Cake
As I’m a sole baker, I am unfortunately unable to deliver your cake. I ask that yourself or a trusted friend or family member collect your cake the day before or morning of your wedding from my place in Thames. Your cake will come boxed and chilled. Please make sure there is enough room in your car boot or a footwell for the cake to travel safely. Try to avoid the backseat, as your cake won’t travel well on a slant.
If your cake is being stored overnight, pop it into the fridge/chiller, in its box, away from any direct fridge fans and making sure the chiller isn’t too cold, as this could damage the flowers.
Payment
I require a $50 non refundable deposit to secure your booking, followed by full payment at least one month prior to your wedding.

Cancellation
Please let me know as soon as possible if you’re unable to collect your cake for any reason.
Cancellations within 48 hours of collection are non refundable, as by this time your cake will already be in the process of being made.
